No.
There have been countless violent people who have never played a video game.
There are also millions of non-violent people who have played a violent video game (i.e. shooting something with a gun) and yet have committed no crime.
There have been a few criminals (or more likely, their lawyers) who have tried to attribute their violent behavior to their exposure to violent video games, but then again some criminals have done some serious crimes in the name of Allah (i.e. terrorists), or Jesus (i.e. David Koresh), or even love. Ban violent video games? Then you must also ban religion and love.
