for the past year i have been playing alot of video games 8-14 hours a day and i realize the problem but i don’t know how to fix it i have depression i understand i need to be more social and active but i don’t know where to start.
i don’t need a lecture as i understand the problem , i just need a little bit of help a guiding i miss my child hood life now that i think of it it was the most happiest 12 years of my life and i am 16 years old thank you guys.
Just start slow. If you play 8-14 hours a day, start playing an hour or 2 less every day for a week until you stop playing completely if you want to completely stop that is. video games arent bad, their only bad if you play them all day everyday and it becomes your life.
