Is my style of playing video games good for me?
I play intense games. After some halo 3 matches my heart rate is literally through the roof and its hard to even walk or stand i have so much adrenaline going.
Are there any health benefits or anti-benefits of this?
ok, let me clarify. i get laid, i go to parties, i make the honor roll. gaming is just something i take seriosly. i dont think im a freaking god i just get really into it.
There are no health benefits playing Halo. You just need to calm down and remember you aren’t REALLY saving the world. Its an animated video game. Calm down sit back and breathe. Don’t be like those people I see on Youtube with their headset on cussing and screaming and going crazy.
