i need information on the cost to test video games before they go out on the market?
Theres no real cost to test a video game before it goes on market. There are two kinds of testers there are public testers and private testers. Let me give you an example, Halo 3 had a worldwide public beta, anyone could be a tester, and it was at their house so it was convient. But there is also a private tester, and this one is cool because you can get paid to do it. If there is a specific game you would like to test or a company thats makes games that you like, i suggest you go to there website and look into getting a part time or full time job as a tester for now. If you just want to play the games before everyone else then make sure you go to the games website prior to the release and be very active on the website in the forums and just in the community.
